AfroDelishus | It's Not Always Easy

!!

ARGGHHH!!!

Frustrated, Angry , Annoyed
Those are just a few adjectives a felt two days ago whilst trying to do my hair. I made me realise that it isn't always easy. It takes time, care and attention. You need to be patient and take it easy. Its very easy to quit if you don't get it right the first time, but you have to learn sometime it doesn't always work the way you want it to.

It just comes down to 4 top words:

  • Patience
  • Time
  • Care
  • Attention
It's simple really, just remember never give up , because in the long run it always ends up working for your benefit in the end .

AfroDelishus| Don't touch my hair

Once upon a time there was a girl called Princess Rianna, whenever she went to school people frequently asked her how she changed hair styles and could they touch her hair. Now this question bugged her immensely. Could they touch her hair? No was her answer. But yet they still tried to touch her hair. Sometimes it worked, sometimes she used her amazing reflexes. But it still bugged her, especially one boy called Christian who decided that he would come up behind her , touch her hair and call her "Candy Floss Hair" Then walk off. He was a very strange character after telling him repeatedly not to touch her hair, Rianna got extremely annoyed and used her amazing reflexes and told him if her dare touched her hair again she would banish him from their country. He was never heard of after that and people stopped trying to touch her hair and they all lived happily ever after
THE END

I'm sure quite a few of you have had the same problem with people touching or attempting to touch your hair. How have you dealt with it? How many times have you had to tell a person before they finally leave you alone? We all deal with things differently but what has been the most effective method of getting people to leave?

AfroDelishus | Accessories

If you are having a down and your hair just isn't working for you, an easy way for you to fix this problem is with a couple of simple accessories

Alice Bands
These are good for keeping your hair out of your face. You can
sport a casual look whilst looking extremely good to.
Beanie hats
They're like Marmite either you love 'em or you hate'em. Either
way there are very good at keeping you hair away if your hair looks
like you've been dragged through a hedge backwards.

Hair Clips
Over the years I have collected many different hair clips. Big ones,
small ones, ones with a flower or different objects, patterns or plain.
They always seem to make a difference and can jazz up a hair style.
(good for keeping beanies in place)

Hair Pins
Whatever hair style you have , these things keep your hair in place
whilst looking completely invisible. Unless you have the pins with the
the different objects at the end. (also good for keeping beanies in place.
Chopsticks
These are very good for turning a boring bun , into an awesome looking
bun. They give an exotic twist to a style that needs resurrecting.
